Red Dragon Warriors – Competition Team
The Red Dragon Warrior Competition Team consists of the following disciplines:
- Sparring (Gyorugi)
- Pattern (Poomsae)
- Breaking (Kyukpa)
- Weapons
- Korean Sword (Haidong Gumdo)
We invite every martial-arts student, ages 5 and older, to join us for two practices to see what you think. The team is open to any individual, no try-outs required.
Team Practices: Fridays from 5:30PM – 7:30PM.
